Just a guy who has a great life. Married to the kindest person I know , have two great children who teach me levity.  I Pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and I love the ministry that God has called me to.

Areas of interest include: Bible, Theology, Mission, Youth Ministry, Zombie Movies, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Hiking, Reading, and loving life!

I believe we were made for relationship with God, with one another, and with the communities around us. Much of my work is about helping people make those connections: between faith and everyday life, between people who might not otherwise find each other, and between churches and the communities they call home.

I’m passionate about grace, honest questions, meaningful relationships, and exploring what it means to follow Jesus in a rapidly changing world.
